HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Kindly select your desired product and add it to the shopping cart. You will be prompted to proceed to the checkout where you can complete payment.

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?

You can pay via Paypal for now.Its a secure 3rd party payment processing solution.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?

You will receive a notification from Paypal , as well as one from YangaBeauty confirming your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Orders are processed between 24 - 72hrs after payment is received.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

A notification will be sent indicating your order has been completed. This means the order has been dispatched. It will also contain tracking details for your order if you used a tracking service. If you registered as a customer, login to your accounts for updates.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

For US & UK orders, delivery time is between 2-7 working days. International parcels, on average between 7-15 working days depending on location and season. We advice international customers use the track-able postal options for their order to guarantee safe delivery.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR PARCELS LOST USING STANDARD SHIPPING (WITH NO TRACKING)DO YOU HAVE A WHOLESALE PROGRAM OR REQUIRE STOCKIEST?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

Our products are not tested on Animals and are therefore cruelty free.
