Shipping policy

Yanga Beauty ships within and outside Nigeria using third party logistics. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages when products run out of stock. You may PRE-ORDER and get them when they are available.

2-4 business days within Lagos, Nigeria


2-5 Business days outside Lagos Nigeria


3-14 Business days Internationally

We then send a tracking number to you for your information.The total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Please note that our shipping rates are subject to change as we rely on a third party logistics company to fulfil your order (s).

Items on Pre-Order
If an item is new for preorder or an existing item is currently out of stock, there may be a date listed next to the product showing when we should receive the product back in stock. If you choose to purchase the item anyway, a preorder shipping surcharge will apply and it will process the order when the item is available in stock to ship.

Shipping Address
We use your default shipping address on your most recent order. At Checkout, you can change your shipping address by clicking the "edit" button by the default address. This will allow you to select another saved address or enter a new one
You can review your shipping address in the Shipping Addresses area of Your Account. You can add, delete, or edit your saved addresses. Changes you make on the Shipping Addresses area of Your Account will not affect orders you have already placed, In case you need to change your delivery address or contact number after you have placed an order please call to inform us on +2348151070000, this will incur another delivery fee for such changes.

Shipping Confirmation Emails
 You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order. Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The time for the shipment method you selected will begin when the delivery carrier picks your order up for delivery.

After an order has been shipped, please make use of your tracking number and kindly reach out to the appointed logistics (DHL, UPS, GIG LOGISTICS) via their customer service lines for issues, update or concerns about your order.

We have no control once your order has left our facility upon receiving your shipment confirmation email. 

Free Shipping / Delivery                                                                                            We often offer this service and it takes 1-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays after an order has been placed.

Express Shipping/Delivery                                                                                       Need your order delivered as soon as possible? You can opt out for this service between 12 am - 6pm (GMT) upon order confirmation and your order will be shipped out same day and delivered between 1-2 business days.  

Weekend Shipping/Delivery
We are unable to arrange weekend deliveries.

All shipping and processing times listed on our website are in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all national holidays) after an order has been placed.
